Celebrating Success: Promotions

To celebrate the performance of our well-deserved IBA staff members from management cadre, events were held by HR on Friday, April 26, 2024, and Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The Director of HR and the Director of Finance presided over the ceremony to acknowledge and appreciate our recently promoted staff members.

Since March 2023, HR department facilitated the promotions of 60 staff members and 5 faculty members through the rigorous promotion process. Eligibility for staff promotions spanned the promotion cycles of 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23.
