Annual Retreat 2024: The Beach Bonanza was organized for the IBA Team by HR Department, where everyone enjoyed the event.

A break from the routine work environment, allowing employees to relax and rejuvenate by getting involved in multiple team-building activities to promote collaboration, teamwork and synergy.

This event was in line of our commitment of fostering employee well-being and a positive IBA’s work culture.
